Chase your dream
Dade County Football Club was founded in Miami in 2021 on a single promise to its players: a real, measurable path to the professional game. Five years on, that promise still runs the club.
Founded in Miami, 2021
Dade County Football Club started in 2021 in Miami, Florida, built by people who wanted an honest route into the game for players in Miami-Dade. The club took its name from the county it represents, and the hashtag it has carried ever since — #PATH2PRO — from what it set out to do.
2023: UPSL Premier Division
In 2023 the club competed in the UPSL Premier Division, its first sustained run in one of the strongest amateur pyramids in the United States. Those seasons set the standard the club still holds itself to on the training pitch.
2024: USSL champions
In 2024 Dade County FC moved to the USSL and won the league. It remains the club’s signature result: a squad built largely from local players, champions in their first season in the competition.
PLSN
Alongside the football, the club launched PLSN — Player Lab Sports Network — its own streaming arm on YouTube. PLSN puts Dade County FC matches in front of family, friends, scouts and agents who cannot be at the ground, and it has become part of how players here get seen.
2026: two teams, two leagues
For the Fall 2026 season the club fields two sides. The First Team competes in UPSL Division 1, Florida South. Dade County FC II, the reserve side, competes in USSL South Florida. Two squads, one pathway: play well in the Reserves and the First Team is the next step.
The wider family
Dade County FC sits alongside two sister brands: The Player Lab, the development side of the operation, and Player Lab Management Group, a FIFA licensed player agency. Joe Rotbart is the club’s owner and president; Artem Baranovskyi and Anton Abyzov coach the teams.
