Miami-Dade
A club for the county
Dade County FC plays at Miami Northwestern Senior High School, charges $5 at the gate and lets kids in free. The football is the front door; the neighbourhood is the point.
Matchdays anyone can afford
Entry to a home match is $5 and children get in free. Gates open an hour before kickoff, concessions are priced so a family can actually eat there, and every match is streamed on PLSN for anyone who cannot make it to NW 71st Street.
Playing where we live
Home is Miami Northwestern Senior High School, 1100 NW 71st St, Miami, FL 33150. Playing on a public high-school field in the middle of the county is a deliberate choice: the club is from Miami-Dade and plays in Miami-Dade.
An open pathway
Tryouts are open to anyone who wants to be evaluated, for any team in the club. That is the whole idea behind #PATH2PRO — you do not need an academy badge to get a look, you need to turn up and play.
