Work the matchday.

Dade County FC runs on a small staff and a good crew. If you can film, tape an ankle, run a gate or keep a squad organised, there is a place for you here.

Where we need people

Roles & volunteers

Matchday

Home games · 3–4 hours

Matchday volunteers

Gate and ticketing, concessions, setup and breakdown, crowd welcome. The easiest way into the club and the reason a home game feels like an event.

  • Reliable on weekends
  • Comfortable with people
  • No experience needed

PLSN

Matchdays + edit time

Content creator / camera

Shoot the match for Player Lab Sports Network, cut highlights and social clips, and keep the channel fed. Gear and direction provided; speed matters more than polish.

  • Camera or phone-first shooting
  • Premiere / Final Cut / CapCut
  • Fast turnaround

Medical

Matchdays, training optional

Physio / athletic trainer

Pitch-side care for two senior squads: warm-ups, in-game response, return-to-play guidance. Licensed or advanced-student applicants welcome.

  • Licensed ATC, PT or equivalent
  • Pitch-side first aid
  • Soccer experience a plus

Operations

Weekly · season-long

Team manager

Squad logistics for a side: rosters and registrations, kit, travel, referee paperwork and communication between staff and players.

  • Organised and responsive
  • Comfortable with club apps and spreadsheets
  • Bilingual EN/ES a plus

These are the areas where the club consistently needs help. Formal, paid listings — coaching, front office, commercial — are posted on this page when they open, with their own requirements and deadlines. Everything above is volunteer unless a listing says otherwise.
