Terms of use

These terms govern your use of dadecountyfc.com, the Dade County FC mobile app, and the club services reached through them. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Dade County Football Club, an amateur soccer club based in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Contact: office@dadecountyfc.com.

You may read, print and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• scrape, mirror or systematically copy the site or its data;
• use club names, crests, kit designs or photography in a way that suggests we endorse you;
• attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, the club app or our accounts;
• submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited or abusive messages.

We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Fixtures, results, league tables and squad lists on this site are read live from EasyChamp, the competition platform used by our leagues. That data is maintained by the leagues and their match officials, not by the club, and it can change — kickoff times move, results are corrected, tables are recalculated.

We publish it in good faith but cannot guarantee it is current or error-free. Before travelling to a match, check the club app or our social channels for the latest kickoff time and venue.

Registering for a tryout books an evaluation, not a place in a squad. Squad selection is the decision of the coaching staff. Players must be eligible to register with the relevant league, and youth players must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Players and guardians agree to complete the league’s own waivers and medical forms, to disclose any condition the coaching staff needs to know about, and to follow the club’s code of conduct at training, on matchdays and on club travel. The club may withdraw a place for serious or repeated breaches of that code.

Current club fees:

• Tryout fee: $40, charged once, separate from season dues.
• Registration: a $100 first payment, then $50 per month.
• Season fee: $350 in full, including three kits.
• Matchday gate entry: $5.

Fees are quoted in US dollars and may change between seasons; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies. Payments are taken on hosted checkout pages run by our payment providers — the website does not handle or store card numbers.

Monthly dues continue for the season unless you tell the front office in writing that a player is withdrawing. Dues already paid cover the part of the season already played and are not generally refunded; if you have a genuine hardship or a club error has occurred, write to office@dadecountyfc.com and we will deal with it fairly.

Entry to a home match is a revocable licence to attend that fixture. Everyone at the ground agrees to follow the instructions of club staff, match officials and the venue, and to behave decently towards players, officials and other supporters. We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for abusive, discriminatory, dangerous or intoxicated behaviour, with no refund.

Matches may be postponed, abandoned or moved because of weather, pitch conditions or league decisions. Where a fixture is not played, we will publish what happens with entry for the rearranged date.

Football is a contact sport played in the open air. Attend at your own risk, keep an eye on children, and stay behind the marked lines around the pitch.

The Dade County FC name, crest, kit designs, photography and written content on this site belong to the club. Match broadcasts, highlights and studio content belong to Player Lab Sports Network. Nothing here transfers any of it to you.

Media may request accreditation, footage or interviews by emailing office@dadecountyfc.com. Personal, non-commercial photography and video at matches is welcome; commercial filming, drone use and resale of club footage need written permission.

Anything you send us — a message, a photograph, a suggestion — you grant us permission to use for club purposes. Do not send us anything you are not free to share.

Shop items are subject to availability, and kit is made to order in the sizes shown at checkout. We will tell you if an item cannot be supplied and refund it. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are replaced or refunded — email office@dadecountyfc.com with your order reference and a photograph within 30 days of delivery.

This site links to services we do not control — league sites, payment and form providers, app stores, YouTube and social platforms. Their terms and privacy policies govern what happens there, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete and current at every moment.

To the fullest extent Florida law allows, the club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to the amount you paid the club through it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the state and federal courts sitting in Miami-Dade County have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

We may update these terms as the club changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
